Overbury are keen to invest in their staff learning by providing stimulating lunchtime sessions, including Laughology’s ‘Laughter and Learning at Lunch’. Kerry Leigh delivered this bite-sized session at the Birmingham branch in December.
Staff wheeled over on their office chairs with plates in hand and experienced some fun and learning about how to enjoy work more, and enable their brains to work better in the process. Food for thought indeed.
