We are chuffed to announce that we have a new Friend. Ella’s Kitchen is a vibrant and innovative food manufacturing company that makes delicious meals for young children and does things differently.
The company and ethical and considers the positive impact it has on the people and children it connects too – so we have a lot in common. It is growing all the time and Stephanie Davies spent a couple of days with the leadership team looking at the how they can face growth challenges with positivity.
In the coming months we will be continuing our friendship with the wider team to support them to grow.
