Springside Primary School in Bury invited Juliette Yardley to deliver a twilight session on how to deploy the FLIP model to develop team resilience.
Springside is an SEN school where staff manage challenging situations daily. The session looked at the effect emotions, behaviours and attitudes have on situations and delegates learnt how humour can be used to flip the thinking process. The group also learnt how humour can strengthen teams by creating support, a sense of belonging and greater resilience.
