The headteacher of Westrop Primary School takes the wellbeing of her staff very seriously. Their Laughology twilight session was held away from school grounds in a hotel serving afternoon tea, making delegates feel valued and rewarded.
Kerry Leigh, who took the session, focused in how to empower staff to share the responsibility for wellbeing themselves. The team learnt that by supporting each other, wellbeing becomes a part of the ethos of the organisation. Westrop staff took away some useful Laughology tips and tools to embed this at their school.
