Laughter and Learning at Lunch sessions have now been delivered across all of Overbury’s four regions as they invest in the development of their staff, culminating in their Manchester offices this month.
These sessions deliver learning and light entertainment in a bite-sized session, informing and energizing staff during their working day. Much to the delight of the staff they got more comedy than they bargained for as the ‘touch screen’ did not warm to Kerry Leigh’s finger taps (or prods!) leading to a real-time example of how to use humour to FLIP for resilience and a situation on its head and not take things too seriously.
