The Griffin Schools Trust is underpinned by the promotion of happiness, wellbeing and growth mindset.
Sarah Creegan was invited to its leaders’ conference on 2 February, to reinforce the organisation’s vision and values, and to share some Laughology tools during a session on ‘Leading Excellent Schools’.
Heads and deputies were encouraged to think about their self-confidence as leaders; how their brains react to challenging situations in school and the positive impact that Laughology’s FLIP model can have on all stakeholders. The introduction of balloons gave everyone a giggle too!
