Headteachers are working under an enormous amount of pressure, yet they were smiling at the NAHT conference where Kerry Leigh delivered the Happy-Centred School keynote this month.
Participants were keen to know more about happiness and how it impacts on the brain and learning. Happiness in schools must come from the teachers, and these heads are now off to a good start.
