Two packed-out Laughology menopause awareness sessions proved timely last month as they coincided with the launch of Derbyshire Police Force’s menopause guidance for staff.
Kerry Leigh challenged staff at all levels to keep talking about the menopause after they left the sessions to help normalise what is a normal part of life for women.
