Victoria Maitland visited Hamstel Junior School in Southend to explore FLIP with year 6. In true Laughology style, it was a fun day full of energy and laughter.
The session looked at how we can use positive thinking and physicality to help us flip our problems into prosperity. Kindness to ourselves and other people was explored through the words we use in our everyday language and Victoria encouraged everyone to find the confidence to effectively tackle issues.
