Our menopause workshops continue to grow in popularity with this month Kerry Leigh worked with St Giles Hospice employees AND leaders at Gloucester Police Force. There was plenty of honest and open discussion generated around the realities and impact of symptoms of the menopause. Myths were debunked and minds were opened. Delegates learned that menopause is more than just hot flushes not just something women should ‘put up with’. There were real lightbulb moments and lots of laughs.
