Dave Keeling doesn’t go to the London Borough of Croydon very often (he’s a country boy at heart), but he was glad to visit the shining metropolis in June to spend a fun-filled day with the leadership team and middle managers from the Croydon Church Housing Association.
The day was designed to enable the team to get the best out of their professional relationships, to understand how to help each other overcome daily pressures and to be more cohesive, while having a bit of fun along the way. It was a workshop full of thinking, talking and laughter (not to mention the creation of Curly Wurly corner).
