Laughology’s work with leaders at telecoms company O2 continues and in July we embarked on the roll-out of the next stage.
O2 recognises the power of great conversations between people to help enhance performance and keep teams motivated. At Laughology we help this happen with our programme Big Chats, Little Chats (Barry, the French-speaking Laughology cat, thinks this is an excellent title). The programme we run with O2 helps create the right environment for great conversations and gives lots of tools and techniques to enable effective communication. We use a mix of online learning, engaging short films and face-to-face workshops to deliver the programme and we are delighted to report that it is already having a marked positive effect.
