Fusion 21, a company that delivers efficiencies in public sector procurement, engaged Laughology for a half-day growth mindset workshop last month.
Facilitated by Dave Keeling, the morning was designed to give the whole team an introduction to the power of growth mindset and the positive impact it can have on individuals and organisations.
With up-to-date neurology and a host of neurological facts, Dave set about giving delegates a high-impact, collaborative and entertaining three hours which challenged the way participants looked at how they managed change. The session gave tools for making better choices and recognising and altering fixed mindset patterns.
