We delivered a session to over 100 delegates sharing our FLIP-it thinking model. This shows how to be future-focused and how to think differently. Both essential skills currently.
The model can also be used by managers to help support teams and develop growth mindset. The session was well received and gave delegates skills to take back and use in their workplaces.
