Ways to bring happiness and wellbeing to life

To celebrate International Day Of Happiness, Laughology’s Head of Happiness, Stephanie Davies, was joined by over 100 people for the webinar Virtually Happy.

The webinar introduced ways to create a culture where wellbeing and happiness were at the heart of any organisation. During the 45 minutes, Stephanie shared ideas on how the role of the manager is changing in the new blended world of virtual and face to face teams, as well as simple ideas for supporting happiness wherever people work and why connecting with communities and charity is important to team morale and happiness.

As part of the webinar, Laughology raised money for charities chosen by the people attending the webinar.  We’re delighted to share that £250 was given to UNICEF Ukraine crisis fun, £25 for Rethink for Mental health support and £25 to The stone family foundation for disadvantaged children.

While being happy all the time isn’t possible and all emotions are important, people’s wellbeing and happiness should play an important part in any organisation’s culture.
