KPMG was also treated to some of the Laughology magic virtually when Stephanie kicked off their Learning at Work Week with a combination of FLIP-it Thinking for a growth mindset.
The session was attended by over 200 people who learned how to use magic questions for thinking differently when stuck and how to use language and imagination for solution-focused thinking.
KPMG teams were surveyed before the event on how positive they felt for the start of the week. Only 12% reported feeling positive. After the session, the same group was surveyed and 89% percent said they felt positive due to the strategies Laughology had given them. Now you can’t argue with KPMG stats. Well, you can, but we prefer not to as they have people with clipboards and data degrees. So we reckon that’s absolutely true.
