A few years ago, Sarah Creegan over hugged Beth Tweddle, the Olympic gymnast and winner of Dancing on Ice, at a train station.
Imagine how excited she was then when Podium Analytics, a company for whom Beth is an Ambassador, asked her to facilitate a Lunch and Learn session on growth mindset!
Podium Analytics is a young and exciting NGO and charity that carries out research with a mission ‘To significantly reduce the incidence and impact of youth sports injury.’ Having started up not long before the pandemic, the team at Podium Analytics has already had to think and work creatively. So they wanted a reminder about the importance of Growth Mindset both as leaders and as an organisation, as they drive their work forward.
A fantastic, fun team to work with, the Podium lot are savvy too. To make sure there was no inappropriate hugging (or indeed stalking) going on, Beth was nowhere near the building and Sarah was kept at arms’ length, via Zoom.
