As the name says, KPMG has put this programme together to help their people think about how to have the best career and what skills they need to do this. Enter Laughology.
The Laughology dream team Stephanie Davies and Dave Keeling are supporting with three topics including Personal brand and communication, Building resilience and Goal setting and Growth Mindset. These topics will be delivered in LMAO webinars and held on the KPMG platform.
But the learning doesn’t stop there! Laughology has put together supporting content and resources including Laughology podcasts, cheat sheets, and worksheets. This Laughology ‘Learning Bundle’ is becoming the more popular way organisations are positioning ‘learning on demand.’
With webinars that can be recorded and watched anytime, anywhere, and resources that can be used and listened to when needed and at any time, learning on demand makes sense as we tend to want to know more about something when we need it. This style of learning in short chunks also works better for people’s learning and work experience.
Using this style of learning means people have access to learning when it suits them, rather than learning without context. We also know people expect a learning experience these days, not learning by rote. Creating short sharp bursts is more engaging and user-friendly.
