Inclusion remains a priority for 2023

Here at Laughology HQ, we love a bit of data. Okay, well, that’s not exactly true (apart from our Pam), but we do love data when it tells us a story and gives us some information we can share that might help you.

If you’re planning your 2023 learning calendar, it seems quite clear that inclusion remains the number one priority for the year ahead. Hooray! You see, inclusion is super important for happiness and well-being and supports feelings of belonging.

Since December, Laugh Towers has seen an uptrend in enquiries about our Inclusion and Diversity workshops and programmes, including awareness for teams, inclusive leadership and unconscious bias. And data from our web guru tells us our unconscious bias and inclusion page has had loads of attention.

And it’s not just us; others who kinda know a bit about trends are talking about inclusion for 2023, too – Forbes and Mckinsey have also seen this trend. This is music to our little ears.  Why? Because organisations are starting to realise that diversity starts with inclusion; get this right, and you have a diverse workforce.

Diversity isn’t just good for productivity, either. It’s right and supports happiness and wellbeing for all. So come on! Get with the trend and start to address your inclusion policies and behaviours.

And without blowing our own trumpet (well, maybe a little bit), we’ve been at the forefront of inclusion since 2009, delivering workshops and programmes on equality and inclusion and covering various topics around gender, sex, menopause and neurodiversity.

To avoid being left behind, get in touch with Doug@laughology.co.uk to find out how we can help your organisation get more inclusive.
