Mental Health and Wellbeing with PLCF

Sarah Creegan loves football (she’s a Lincoln Imp by birth), as well as working with people in the footballing community, so she was the ideal Laughologist to deliver three workshops at the Premier League Charitable Fund’s inaugural Mental Health and Wellbeing conference, held at Derby University.

Mental Health Leads from over 60 of the Premier League and English Football League clubs attended this event. The aim was for them to be able to take back some useful coping strategies to their colleagues and the young people in their local schools and communities.

So, what better resilience toolkit is there than Laughology’s FLIP It Thinking? Delivered in different ways, but perfect for everyone from primary school children to adults, one of whom fed back to Sarah that:

“The sessions were brilliant and well received by delegates who loved Sarah’s personable and fun delivery style.”
