Stephanie was invited to share her unconventional career journey, illustrating the diverse paths to professional fulfilment. From stand-up comedy to founding Laughology and working with global giants to create positive workplace cultures, Stephanie’s story is proof that career growth isn’t always a straight climb up the ladder. Instead, it can involve sideways moves and stretch roles that enrich one’s skills and experiences.
In her session, Stephanie emphasised the importance of curiosity and thinking differently about career development. She encouraged participants to recognise what they can control in their careers, creating greater engagement and satisfaction in their current roles.
