Unconscious bias training with Timberplay

Timberplay is one of the most respected names within the play industry and are proud to have worked on many world-leading play areas across the UK, Middle East and India. 

They recognised the need to develop the conversation about inclusion and diversity within the organisation, so ahead of their annual summer team meetup, they contacted Laughology to deliver a workshop to support the inclusion conversation. 

Louisa Rodriguez answered the call and delivered a workshop on unconscious bias and conscious inclusion, which included opportunities for discussion, as well as team tasks and games to understand how the psychology of bias affects individual views and how people can combat this in the workplace.

The team at Timberplay gave instant feedback that it was valuable and insightful day, which will allow for further conversations about inclusion and diversity within the organisation moving forwards.
