The recent Real Estate Conference saw a standout session from Laughology’s Head of Happiness, Stephanie Davies, and Phil Radcliffe from Code Advisory. Described by attendees as “the best session of the conference,” the room was packed to capacity, with not a single space left to squeeze in.
Their session, titled Culture Club: Making Work Your Happy Place, explored the challenge of building cultures virtually and what the future of workplace culture needs to consider to attract and retain young talent. Attendees also picked up top tips and hacks for creating a workplace culture—whether virtual or face-to-face—where people actively choose to be.
The session drew a diverse audience from across the real estate sector, including designers, architects, and HR professionals. Delegates came from around the globe, representing countries such as Germany, USA, UK, the Netherlands, and India. This wide-ranging interest highlights the global importance of addressing workplace culture and the need for organisations to explore new approaches.
