Bspoke Group came to Laughology wanting to behave more as a ‘group’. They do brilliant work and their people are very passionate and committed to it.
Still, as they are so large and have grown so fast, there is the risk of silo working and people cracking on with their heads down, forgetting that they are part of something bigger with collective values.
Kerry Leigh spent the afternoon with a room full of people from Bspoke, empowering them with even better communication skills and challenging them to collaborate with others outside their comfort zone.
Feedback from the Bspoke folk was very positive. When asked what individuals would take away, we received comments such as:
- “Make active listening second nature in the team.”
- “Build better rapport with my colleagues through skills learned today.”
- “Take time to pause.”
