People Management and CIPD host HSBC and Laughology webinar on change

People Management Insights at CIPD is bringing together HSBC and behaviour-change consultancy Laughology for a live webinar exploring why traditional training often fails – and how playfulness and neuroscience can transform the way organisations approach change.

The session takes place on Wednesday 23rd October at 11am and will feature Stephanie Davies, Head of Happiness at Laughology, and Jason Reynolds, Head of Learning at HSBC.

HSBC recently rolled out a new performance framework and faced the challenge of leader scepticism and change fatigue – a reality many organisations will recognise. The bank chose to partner with Laughology because of its distinctive approach, which mixes psychology, neuroscience and playfulness to make change engaging, sticky and effective.

In this webinar, Stephanie and Jason will discuss:

  • Why traditional training struggles to deliver lasting results
  • How playful, brain-friendly methods can break through resistance
  • What leaders can do to embed meaningful behaviour change

Attendees are invited to join with their teams (and a cup of tea or coffee) for an interactive, practical and fun session. There will also be giveaways – and plenty of laughter.

Places are limited – click this link to secure your spot.
