There have been many! A recent one being going for a wee on the side of a mountain, not knowing there were lots of photographers in view!

She set up and ran a service to support women out of sex work, as well as a Woman for Peace programme across the north of England, before moving on to set up and run her social enterprise to campaign for greater awareness of and support people affected by PTSD.
After a successful public and social enterprise career, Louisa applied her skills and experience to the corporate sector, setting up Learning and Development departments for two companies before specialising in leadership and performance.
While working in organisations, she’s been responsible for driving cultural change, introducing coaching, embedding leadership, learning and development strategies, and mental health and wellbeing strategies.
