Exam resilience for young people

Last term we delivered a series of sessions to various secondary schools to help young people develop techniques to help them be resilient, cope with exam pressures and generally take control of their emotions.

Only a few weeks ago the news was awash with stories about the rise of mental health in young women. So what is your school doing to pro-actively promote positive mental health?

Our recent blog – developing resilient young women – gives practical techniques to use with all young people to help cope with the pressures of growing up.

Email info@laughology.co.uk find out more about our programme for young women and men in schools which covers:

  • How to apply Laughology techniques for developing positive thinking and behaviours
  • How to increase your mental agility and emotional intelligence.
  • How to enhance thinking skills and make conscious decisions based on rational and logic
  • How to think using a humour perspective to feel better about challenges
  • How to harness positive emotions and feel better
