Hands up who had a good summer? There’s nothing like a holiday or a break away from the office to recharge the batteries and refocus the mind. Which is why we are hosting an event next month aimed at increasing productivity through better working practice.
Laughology is proud to be sponsoring the Women in Comedy festival in Manchester this October. As part of our commitment to this great event we’ll be holding a Laughter at Lunch session where you can learn about the benefits of creating happy working environments. And most importantly, it’ll be a giggle. We’ll even throw in lunch.
Laughology CEO Stephanie Davies will host the engaging, interactive one hour session. She’ll discuss the latest research into working practices which proves that working longer does not necessarily mean working smarter. In fact the ‘productivity paradox’ suggests that the longer we spend at our desks and computers, the less we actually get done. Taking breaks, taking holidays and creating environments were people feel happy and supported are the most important factors when it comes to increasing productivity. So take a lunch hour on October 16 and join Laughology to learn more.
