Fosters and Partners team think about how they can improve their communication skills
We returned to world famous architects Fosters and Partners to present our new course; Making an Impact and Personal Image. The course is incredibly useful to anyone who works in a role where they come into contact with others, either face-to-face or over the phone.
It is especially useful for graduates and new recruits and gives invaluable tips and techniques to help people be their best in situations where they need to communicate. Drawing on psychology and the secrets that performers use, the course teaches delegates how to be assertive and approachable and also how to deal with challenges and challenging people in a positive way.
Many graduates at Fosters and Partners are in client-facing roles that involve a lot of communication with clients from around the world, so the course was particularly relevant and well received and we hope to continue our relationship with the company.
