CoreNet is a large trade organisation for the property sector and last year we were lucky enough to deliver a session at their global conference.The session went down so well that earlier this year we were invited back to present at CoreNet’s UK conference. And we continued the relationship last month when we delivered a full team day for them.
In the morning we hosted a dynamic team building and personal development workshop and in the afternoon we looked at the organisation’s strategic aims. We worked with team leaders to help them identify actions to achieve their aims through KPIs and goal setting. Delegates went away with clear goals and a roadmap of how to achieve them.
