Growth mindset for organisations in the 21st Century was the subject of a motivational keynote delivered by Dave Keeling at the Well Pharmacy annual conference held in the Old Trafford Cricket Ground in Manchester.
The event was attended by 150 senior managers and change makers. The theme of the conference was “we are Well and we are changing”. Dave delivered a punchy set on growth mindset and focused on the power of positive neuroscience and its impact on our decision making and interactions.
