• We delivered a truly international session at Citibank, London, where we were linked to employees in New York, Miami, Belfast and Florida.
• Law firm Burges Salmon explored the importance of growth mindset and the link to unconscious bias during a session.
• The Open University used a session to help increase resilience, problem-solving and critical thinking skills as it goes through a change process.
• At GlaxoSmithKline UK, we focused on the importance of understanding how to embed growth mindset techniques and management style as the foundation for change and continued development.
