Creative improvisation to create positive dialogue

Following the workshop the Laughology team Kerry Leigh, Dave keeling and Stephanie Davies were invited to one of the main stages to deliver an interactive improvisation session.

The focus was on the recent shift in HR away from being process-driven to being more human. It’s a phrase that’s almost become a cliché now – ‘putting the human back in to HR’ – but it is an apt one that sums up the need to address wellbeing, communication and how we engage with people more creatively in business.

Using improvisation the team engaged the audience in discussions as to how to deal with HR challenges such as poor management, engaging teams and individuals and positive dialogues.
