Thomson House Primary School in Mortlake, London, invited Dave Keeling to deliver two workshops on the Amazing Brain.
Recently the students had been looking more closely at the brain as part of a new topic and were treated to an interactive masterclass on the three-part brain, why a relaxed, happy, confident brain learns so effectively and what happens to the brain when it feels threatened, stressed or fearful.
The students threw themselves into every game, challenge and activity which resulted in them constructing a model of their brains and delivering a presentation to the rest of the group as to why their brain is brilliant.
